As part of the ‘first impressions’ team you will be responsible for welcoming guests to the hotel and extending the warmth of our hospitality. You will be naturally enthusiastic, possess a winning smile and display genuine care and understanding in all dealings.
To be considered for this position you must:
1. Possess high level proficiency in Opera and other related hotel computer applications
2. Be able to communicate effectively and clearly in English, both spoken and written
3. Able to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks
4. Able to respond to guest special requests and complaints
5. Possess a professional outlook commensurate with a 5 star hotel environment
6. Possess a minimum 2 years previous experience in reception/cashiering in a 4/5 star hotel
Minimum qualifications:-
A formal qualification in hospitality supported by prior experience in an international standard hotel is essential. Candidates should demonstrate success and growth
