KEY TASKS
To ensure that store issues are properly documented and accounted.
To closely monitor with purchasing all pending or partial deliveries.
To maintain a good relationship with suppliers and other departments.
All the items must be properly rotated and issued on First in First out (FIFO) Basis.
Movement of stock need to be updated on the same day.
To ensure that access to the Store is controlled during operating hours to prevent loss or theft of stock.
To ensure that all stores requisitions have the correct information and required approvals.
To maintain the all Stores in Hotel in proper & presentable condition and in accordance to the Dubai municipality requirement. Manage the Store without any problem, and ensure the adequate stock levels maintained all the time
Maintain the physical inventory of stores.
Maintain the cleanliness of all stores as per HACCP standards.
As and when required to engage with receiving.

LEVEL OF EDUCATION:A level
AREAS OF STUDY:Hospitality
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCES:1 to 2 years
LANGUAGES ESSENTIAL:English (Primary tongue)
OPTIONAL LANGUAGES:Arab

Fluent in English
Service oriented
Impeccable grooming
